Finally graduated! These two years at the Royal College of Music have been the most exciting of my life (so far). With so many wonderful projects and encounters, I can't express how grateful I am to have been part of such incredible institution. Big thanks to the outstanding teaching staff, but also the Creative Career Centre crew who gave me such rewarding opportunities with their incredible work commitment, and of course my generous donors who made this whole experience possible.

Swiss cellist Timothée Botbol is a Yeomen of the Worshipful Company of Musicians and has given solo recitals in venues including Kings Place, Chapel Royal – Hampton Court Palace, Lausanne Steinway Hall and Kultur-Rockt Festival in Germany. He recently obtained his Artist Diploma from Royal College of Music with distinction under tutorship of cellist Alexander Chaushian, supported by a Musicians’ Company Lambert Studentship, the A-F Marescotti City of Carouge Award and the Fondation F & M-F Minkoff. In February 2017 he was awarded the Grand Prize Special from all categories at the II Augustin Aponte International Music Competition, Tenerife. Future performances include solo recitals in St John’s Smith Square, St James’s Piccadilly, Elgar Room – Royal Albert Hall.
